These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77ace ("the Company", "77ace", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77ace website, mobile applications, and all associated gambling and betting services (collectively, "the Platform"). When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details. 77ace is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided at registration or during the KYC process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify 77ace support immediately.
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal. You will be required to provide a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, proof of address, and — where required — documentation verifying ownership of the payment method used to deposit. 77ace reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations.
All 77ace transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits may be made via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Deposit processing times vary by method — mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically credited instantly; bank transfers may take 1–2 banking hours.

77ace does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond 77ace's control and are the player's responsibility.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any 77ace content without express written permission. Unauthorised use of 77ace intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77ace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or damages resulting from service interruptions. 77ace's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77ace does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, and force majeure events may cause service interruptions for which 77ace is not liable.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 77ace is governed by the 77ace Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to 77ace's legal obligations.
77ace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77ace is incorporated and licensed. Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
